Jennifer
Hospital Manager

My name is Jennifer. I have been with Oldtown for 2 years but have worked in the veterinary field for eight years. I am currently a technician at our local emergency and trauma referral hospital at night as well. I received my BA in English at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I have 5 siblings including a 6-year old brother. I am engaged to my best friend of 16 years and have a 3-year-old son named Sawyer. I spend most of my time writing, fishing, hunting, riding four wheelers and playing with our Chocolate Lab "Birdie" and our Blue Heeler puppy "Roo." We also have a Jersey calf named Ribeye, lots of chickens and a 500-pound pig. God and family mean everything to me!

Working with animals has always been a passion of mine since I was a child and it has been a huge honor to be able to meet and care for every animal that has stepped through the doors here.

Hey my name is Angel Henley and I am part of the kennel staff for Oldtown Veterinary Hospital. Working with animals is my passion and I couldn't be any happier than to be able to work with some amazing coworkers at an outstanding vet hospital. When I'm not at work I love to spend time with my husband, my two kids, and my fur-baby. My hobbies are fishing, riding 4 wheelers, camping, and of course running around after my kids!

My husband Robbie and I have been married for 6 years and have a beautiful 1-year-old daughter named Sadie. We also have a black lab named Starling and 3 goats. I am a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Rural Hall. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors.

I was born and raised in the Piedmont triad region. My husband and I live at home with our three Australian Shepherds Cooper, Gracie and Sadie. I have worked with Oldtown since August 2015.

I have a Great Dane named Luna, a Great Dane mix named Dallas and am currently fostering a brindle Great Dane name Diesel. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dogs, live music, water sports, snow sports and traveling.

I went to North Carolina State University and studied animal science. I live in Mount Airy with my rescue beagle, Bella.

I have worked emergency and specialty medicine but especially love general practice. I like building strong relationships with clients and their pets. I have one daughter, Emma, 3 dogs and 5 cats. I enjoy spending time with my daughter when I have free time.

Malia

Malia at Oldtown Veterinary Hospital in Winston SalemMy name is Malia. I have been a veterinary technician for 3 years and at Oldtown for one year. I have two boys, Brayden is 9 and Liam is 4. We have a sweet beagle mix named Elsa and my husband is currently serving in the U.S. Army. In my free time I enjoy playing softball, volleyball, watching Netflix and spending time with my family.

Kayla

Kayla at Oldtown Veterinary Hospital in Winston SalemHi! I’m Kayla, I have been with Oldtown for a little over a year now working as a technician and a customer service representative. I have worked in the veterinary field for almost 6 years now, and occasionally fill in at our local emergency veterinarian hospital. In the spare time I have, I train horses, trail ride, rope, and barrel race. I am married to my better half and have been for almost a year now. We have a son, who was born in November 2017. We also have 3 dogs: “Pistol” our Australian Shepherd, “Bandit” our special blue heeler/Catahoula mix, and “Blitz” our newest Australian shepherd/blue heeler mix. In addition to the dogs we have a barn cat named “Noodles,” a couple of horses, cows, and pigs.

I’ve also resided in Kansas, Chicago, Maryland and Washington D.C. Being a somewhat new dog owner recently gave me a passion for animals which I am now hoping to turn into a career! My pet is Yuki Fortune; she is a Corgi, Australian Shepard, Pitt, Terrier mix who has the cutest lady beard I’ve ever seen.  Yuki comes with me daily to work and can be seen by my side whether I’m with family, friends, hiking, traveling, running errands and more.

I am currently without any fur-babies but I have two daughters Kourtney and Kasey and a very energetic 2-year-old grandson named Kayden. I enjoy spending time with him most of all. I also love spending time with the horses at the barn.

I have been in the veterinary field for 14 years where I also have experience being a technician. I am married to James and we have a son named James. We also have 3 dogs, 1 cat and several fish. I enjoy painting, boating and fishing in my spare time.

My name is Anna. I’m a small town farm girl from the outer banks in North Carolina. I have six dogs, lots of cows and chickens. When I’m not at work I enjoy being outside, running my dogs, hunting, fishing and being with my family. I currently live on a farm located in Kernersville, NC where we grow tobacco, beans, wheat and tobacco.
