Beyond the basics, there are many common problems in veterinary medicine that can be diagnosed and treated at home. Good examples of this include: causes of itching and scratching; problems with the eyes, ears or skin; mild to moderate arthritis; minor wounds or lacerations. If warranted, we can provide transportation of the pet back to our full-service veterinary clinic for additional diagnostics, such as x-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy or surgery, or sedation for a more-thorough exam.
