Fees and Payments

At Oldtown Veterinary Hospital, the fees we charge for our services and pricing for our medicines, health care supplies, and products are in line with the standard of care we provide. Any of our veterinarians will be happy to provide an estimate of procedures, and to discuss our fee scheduling and payment options.

Fees are to be paid at the time of service. If your pet is admitted for treatment, we require payment at pickup. If no admittance is necessary, we bill you immediately after you receive treatment.

We accept cash and personal checks, using TeleCheck Services to pre-approve checks. For your convenience we also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards. In addition to bank cards, we offer Care Credit through GE Money Bank. You may simply apply while at our hospital and your information is processed while you wait. Please inquire with the receptionist when checking out.
