Client Services Representative

This part-time position is responsible for client communications including but not limited to: creating positive interactions during customer check-in/check-out and customer phone calls, processing customer medical and financial documentation, and scheduling client appointments.

The right candidate will be out-going and compassionate with a great love for pets and their people. Integrity, a strong work ethic and working well with others are also essential. This position will be scheduled for approximately 20 hours weekly with every other Saturday and will be eligible for part-time benefits including but not limited to paid vacation and holidays.
